30 Day Challenge: Day 27

What is your approach to life? Reveal your philosophy?

My approach is to take /use opportunities as they may come by. People think that nothing you want will ever come to you, unless you aim for it, and move towards that goal, but series of events that you cannot control automatically hit you. The manner in which you anticipate, and work with the event will eventually guarantee success, it is what you do that counts. I have had so many opportunities/ experiences i wanted to experience wanted which i never directly worked hard to get. When you do work towards a goal that you want, you are either disappointed because you were too late, or you never figured it out, or you get a better option do work with. Taking life as it comes is the best way, it is definitely slow, and takes time, but during that time you have the chance to explore other options or learn something about the experience you want to meet, so when it hits you , you can make the right decision, and enjoy it, before it passes away. For example, when my dad left being the director of NOLS India (the site was updated last in 2003) that was in 2009, he had no idea on what he was going to do after that. During his last few months in his job he was consulting for Woodstock School. After he left NOLS, in a month Stephen Alter, the director for Outdoor Ed asked my dad, if he would like to work at WOODSTOCK SCHOOL, and my dad said yes. He used the opportunity as it came by; he had a good understand of the background and was fully prepared to take the vent head on. Today he the HOD for Outdoor Ed.
