30 Day Challenge: DAy 28

149.Once you have completed your education, would you return to your hometown to begin your adult life? Why or why not? (William and Mary)

If I do end up getting to do what I would love do after college, i do not think i will end up in Trivandrum, Kerala( India), but if I did, I do not want to be anywhere near Trivandrum. It is the capital of Kerala, and the worst place of Kerala. The city is under developed, and i would not like to have a desk job in some old building in the heat of Kerala. Kochi, a port in Kerala is probably the most developed place that have ever i visited. By the way, the state of Kerala is communist. Kochi would be the perfect Capital. Trivandrum does not suffer from any sort of environmental issues, it suffers from being old. All young men and women straight out from college do not stay back, they all immigrate to Middle Eastern countries. Because of job opportunities, proximity to home and no tax. It has happened in my mother’s family too. The Government of Kerala does not need our help in any way, and because of that it rules out the option of going back to Trivandrum. So now I can roam the world, get stuck battling an issue somewhere in the Amazon Rain Forest. This is all the future, who knows I might change my plans. At the moment I think I should go and find a college and waste two to four years of my life, while quarter of the population are students straight out of college with no jobs and no money.

30 Day Challenge: Day 27

What is your approach to life? Reveal your philosophy?

My approach is to take /use opportunities as they may come by. People think that nothing you want will ever come to you, unless you aim for it, and move towards that goal, but series of events that you cannot control automatically hit you. The manner in which you anticipate, and work with the event will eventually guarantee success, it is what you do that counts. I have had so many opportunities/ experiences i wanted to experience wanted which i never directly worked hard to get. When you do work towards a goal that you want, you are either disappointed because you were too late, or you never figured it out, or you get a better option do work with. Taking life as it comes is the best way, it is definitely slow, and takes time, but during that time you have the chance to explore other options or learn something about the experience you want to meet, so when it hits you , you can make the right decision, and enjoy it, before it passes away. For example, when my dad left being the director of NOLS India (the site was updated last in 2003) that was in 2009, he had no idea on what he was going to do after that. During his last few months in his job he was consulting for Woodstock School. After he left NOLS, in a month Stephen Alter, the director for Outdoor Ed asked my dad, if he would like to work at WOODSTOCK SCHOOL, and my dad said yes. He used the opportunity as it came by; he had a good understand of the background and was fully prepared to take the vent head on. Today he the HOD for Outdoor Ed.

30 Day Challenge: Day 26

If you were awarded an expense-paid trip to any one place in the world, where would you go? Why?

The place I want to travel to be 34,000 feet high it is just below the troposphere, the lowest layer in the earth’s atmosphere. It is above sea level. I want to experience zero gravity, to float in mid air, to feel weightless. Obviously I cannot travel to the moon or any other place that is not in this world, but there is a flight that lets anybody experience zero gravity for a few seconds, repeatedly. The flight is expensive but with this ticket I would not have to travel too far, and can still be in the reaches of zero gravity. The company that takes you on this flight is called Zero G.  The flight, flies up really high, 24,000, and then gradually gains altitude to 34,000 feet. As the pilot reaches the height, he pushes the plane down; in those 20-30 seconds passengers feel zero gravity. The pilot repeats this 12 to 15 times.
I do not travel a lot, and neither do I fly frequently. So being in the air for some time, and experiencing zero gravity would be the best flight ever.I will not have to enroll as a astronout, compete cetrain thousand hours of training, flight tests and other thinsg needed to go to space and comeback. The only things that i need is a camera and Water. I will be eating water in air, jumping and rolling around  in the space provided with other people, enjoying thier time.

30 Day Challenge:Day 25

What do you consider the most important event in the past decade?

The most important event in the last decade, is the political change leaders of Arabian and North African Countries. The revolution started of as an Arab Spring, but the series of events were strecthed for a longer period of time, and it  is now called the Arab Uprising. The revolution started of as peaceful protests in Tunisia, and Egypt.(Time Magazine). The protest were meant for the leaders in charge to step down, because some had been in power for over a decade. The protest moved from Egypt, to Morocco, to Jordan, to Libya, to Syria, Yemen, to  Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. In all of the countries mentioned, the dictators, presidents either stepped down or were killed in Battle, except for the king of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Syria. The govt of Saudi Arabia, gave out money to keep the populations happy, the government of Bahrain and Syria used their Military  to suppress the revolts which eventually led to the deaths of the protesters.
It is impossible to imagine, that a small protest could light a revolution so big and bad.  In matter of weeks and months governments were changed, government leader were killed, and now the people of the nation have what they wanted. What I do not understand is, why did the people revolt, why did they not revolt in the first few years of the government at that time.
Also, the technological advances of this century, that is the internet and mobile phones are to thank. Without them the word woulf not have spread so easily, and qucikly.
This protest has showed the world what the people are capable of , what technology we posses.

30 Day Challenge: Day 23

Should prison inmates be allowed to take college courses? Explain why or why not.

Why not? Everyone is in tiled to some sort of education, if they believe that education is a free and deserved right. If the country is part of the UN and has to follows laws that all member states have to take into considerations, then whether the court house and the prison guards feels like it not, everyone present in that country has a right to education.
Educating prison mates may be taken in the wrong way, people may think that they should not receive it since; they would pursue what they did after they got out, and that education could make matters worse. Sensibly, the teacher would not teach how to make homemade explosives, or kung fu, or mechanics that would help to benefit the prison inmates from escaping and using their knowledge outside the walls to pursue their goals. Education also does not have to be teaching the illiterate their alphabets or learning how to write, education that should be taught at a prison should be on how the inmates can use their time productively fro the remainder of their stay, getting involved without organizations outside the walls of prison and making a commitment of what they can learn, and work from them. However, this is all just words, nothing is that easy, but for people that do not seem to be leaving the walls of prison, it will not hurt to learn. The prison mates would have actually learnt something productive at prison and probably in their whole life, for their fist time they would be able to make their choices sensibly, and be sucked into chaos of the jail( that is if they stay) and if they get out, the prison mates can make better and perfect choice for their survival.

30 Day Challenge: Day 22

Spanish poet Antonio Machado wrote, “Between living and dreaming there is a third thing. Guess it.” Give us your guess. (U of Chicago)

Death is sandwiched between living and dreaming. I would not know if there was anything similar between the two, but there are people who have experienced it and know what it is like. Jesus, Buddha, Hindu gods/ goddesses etc. Life starts, you die, and people remember you in their dreams for you. For some reason everyone mentioned here; had returned to change the world. Death changes the world, and influences the surroundings next to you. Probably the gods felt they were losing popularity, so they cheated death and came back to life to keep everyone and everything working in good condition. Death sucks; it cannot do a good job of keeping the dead, dead and taking people at their own time. Just imagine if all the great, honorable, savage, killer people who died did not die. They would have had a different legacy, maybe a different view of way the world saw them, maybe they would have changed themselves, but that does not happen since death runs on fate or destiny or other kind’s dung. The reason i think death is sandwiched in the center is because when we are alive and breathing, we space out, unconsciously our mind gets taken over by something we do not know about. I do not know why they say it naturally happen, why do we space out, what takes over minds and leaves us alone, making us deaf to everything around us. Has our time come, or does death just keeps reminding us to snap out of it, or fool us into believing what we feel, and slowly take us away.

30 Day Challenge : Day 21

Do you think that you have the qualifications of a good parent? Discuss.

This is a very hard question, but as a fact i know that I would just pass/ or fail terribly for the qualifications of a good parent. I am just a teenager, being a parent is hard; I can not take care of myself, how will be totally responsible for someone else.
I have dogs, and they need to be loved, fed and cleaned. I take care of them a a lot. I am responsible for them m, also they are really easy to supervise. They listen to me, do what I tell them to do, and then I treat them. So there is good exchange of actions.
In my biology class, as group we had to check the rate of germination according to the heat supplied. The controlled experiment, had three beans in three different test tubes, and they were all kept in the fridge. They never grew. However, the three beans in test tubes kept outside in the room had some progress. Two out of the three had just about some growth but that was not counted, since they were already growing before they were place in, but the last one had grown a substantial amount, there were roots and the beginnings of a shoot. For the ones outside, individually I fed them with water and placed them in sun everyday. Only one out of the six lived. It is still growing, and I still am taking care of it.
Taking care of organisms other than plants and animals, will never work. I will be a horrible role model, I get angry really quickly, if something pisses me off.  I have never felt good around/with children; I can not even have a conversation with them, let alone argue and tell them what is good or bad.
I cannot give advice, to people. I would give myself advice. It never makes sense. I am  built to be a  parent, but not any sort of it.

30 day Challenge: Day 20

Describe your most important academic accomplishment or intellectual experience to date. We don’t want to know about test scores or course grades, rather we want to know about your creativity, your willingness to take intellectual risks or your affinity for scholarly endeavors. (M

The most intellectual experience to date has and is being part of the Audio Visual Crew. The av crew was made improve and control the sound and lights for the school, It was run and is still run by students from various grades. The av crew may not seem interesting, but it uses a lot of logic and reason to make the show work.Topics seen in Physics are learnt during practice, and during the show. Nothing can be made to work perfectly since, even with all the knowledge one could have. there are many wires connected to different part of equipment. All the equipment used has different topics that need to be learnt. Controlling and working with the av is really fun, one would not learn things here that could be covered in a classroom. Everyday problems occur, with the connections, the wires and the technician,( me) . leaning from mistakes and improving them is great feeling, because during the show when a problem like that one occurs i know what needs to be fixed, Rather than loosing control over the equipment. i have never enjoyd subjects were realted to physics, or math but staying with the av has changed my choice about math related sujects, only if there has nothing do with complex calculations. The av crew is one of the best parts of the school. even though we never recive any recognition for what we do, but that really does not matter since we dont mind, and we enjoy what we accomplish during and after our work. I started of in garde 10, there are other who have been there from grade 7, people who know more than me, and i have the chance of having a first hand experice to learn and enjoy the subject

30 Day Challenge: Day 19

Imagine that you are a "hero" or "heroine" for one day during any time period and under any circumstances. Write a creative essay describing your experience. (Notre Dame)

The year 2011 is ending. Climates, terrain, landscapes of the world have been changing for a millennium, but the human race has not. The streets are always full people, they over flow on to the road. The skies keep getting darker each day, filling the air with acid, and chemicals. Politicians, all waiting for their votes, and money. Animals suffer under the wrath of the humans. The noise created by the humans is unbearable. The Humans have asked all hero’s/heroine’s to leave their planet, and never come back.

I sit at my favorite spot on the moon. I am at peace. There is no chaos, just the silence of the stars, the cosmos and the universe. I sit there trying to think of the day that earth’s atmosphere was clear, the day when no tiny lights were visible on the continents, the day that the planet grew with the life.

I reflect on my past and realize that I have seen life, from the first cell division of bacteria, to the evolution of humans and their machines. I keep looking into the future, to see the fate that the humans bring upon themselves. I feel pity for them, but I do not know why. I try to change the future, but fate just keeps putting them back on track.

I do not know what to do for them. Should I take up their burdens, or leave to them. They are a young race, driven by the fear of death. They keep fighting their problems, but I see goodness in them.

I sit here on the moon just spending time, thinking about my involvement   with the creatures. How will I ever come to an understanding with them? Will they ever accept me? Do they remember me?

30 Day Challenge: Day 18

#79. Explain why and how you would, if given the opportunity, change a decision you made in the past. (Salisbury State)

If I had the chance, i would have taken my dogs for a walk this evening. I just feel that all my troubles are going to start. The dogs are going to be scratching doors, I cannot let them out since, they will run off, and they are the only security for the house. The battery in the alarm died, and the electricians too them away. Secondly, I will hear them crying/ howling all through the night, to make things worse one of them jumps on the bunk bed, and howls. Like a wolf howling at a full moon. He is the most affectionate dog that i have ever met in my entire life, and now i just feel so bad. I did not give them their right to walk, sniff, bark and piss on and at things. They have not even complained yet, other than the few moans and groans. They are so patient and affectionate, i fell so irresponsible and mean. I will walk them tonight for a 100 meters, so they get a chance, give them a nice dinner and then in the morning i will walk them tell them can walk no more( I have done this before), first job to be completed.

I love my dogs. My parents tell me to learn from them. They never complain ( sometimes), they are always in good mood, always willing to greet me. They know their place in life, they will never revolt I guess that’s why they are called A man's best friend.

30 Day Challenge: day 17

178. What do you hope to accomplish within the next ten years? Explain.

In minutes to come i see myself  thinking on what I should type, I eventually see myself completing this blog, to give me a head start on a college essay that i hope to accomplish for the future. In the years to come, i see myself graduating from Woodstock school, with big class, great minds and brilliant people. II hope to see myself walking in with excitement and walking out with a degree from college. I see myself stuck in world that never sleeps, but somewhat find a way out of the chaos. I hear people giving me signs of hope, and energy to deal and overcome situation peacefully. There are no jobs left, just young minds straight out of college creating new jobs for the rest of us, I enroll myself as an environmentalist in training. Take part in other programs, get involved in protests concerning environmental issues and other I see fit. I hope to travel the world, and keeping moving while I can, educate and learn as things come by. I hope my hobby becomes my job that should leave out the problem of looking for job that does not even exist. I push forward and strive for excellence just like my dad. I got no clue where my journey will take me and leave me, but I hope it’s peaceful, and little risky. I would not want to see myself battling an issue in the midst of an ongoing war, in that country or see myself sitting at desk, just like the other hundred or more people picking up their phone, or sending emails concerning problems that should be deal with. I hope to have made the right decisions, meet the right type of people, settle in the right country and live the best way possible.

30 Day Challenge: Day 16

46.If you had a day to spend as you wish, how would you use your time? (Carleton College

June 21st the longest day of any year. The day starts early and ends late, there a lot of time for everything. I am an early riser, no matter the time I fall asleep. The day would have to begin by taking my dogs for a walk; most days tend to work out perfectly when I walk them. Dosa's (South Indian food, made mostly from rice) for breakfast, and some sort of citrus food to finish it off. I have fruit after every breakfast; I have never missed one, till now. With a long day ahead of me, I would want to spend it by going down to Hostel, with my friends. Being, a day scholar, its hard to be social with everyone at dorms. So the day and afternoon and some of the evening could be spent down there, unless they all would prefer to go to the bazaar, which also is not that bad. Play football/basketball on the court, play some sort of water sport on the shallow part of the pool (I do not know how to swim_), or play a multiplayer game ( most likely to be Call of Duty 4, no one has the new one yet) inside the rooms. Everyone connected from room to room. After my successful escapade, i would walk back home, while the sun is still out. It’s good to have some family time, there is always something to talk about at home, i need to have a verbal fight with my sister. It has, is and i think it has become a tradition, that my sister and i having a fight, on the smallest of things. (Its lots of fun). My parents will not stop us, because they know that I will get over under a minute or Nice mutton stew that my mother makes, it tastes great, the meat is so soft it just slides of the bone, Some sort of movie ( mostly in Hindi) to finish off a perfect day. Make sure everyone is asleep,  get on the laptop chat and play Cod4 online with best friends.

30 Day Challenge: Day 15

133. French novelist Anatole France wrote: "An education isn't how much you have committed to memory, or even how much you know. It's being able to differentiate between what you do know and what you don't." What don't you know? (Brown)

As a class we were going to write an essay in AP English, the questions asked us to qualify, defend or oppose a sentence from a paragraph of the Dalai Lama speech spoken at the University of Illinois. At the end of the paragraph, his holiness said “You cannot know everything.” I did not know which sentence to write one, I did not know if and how I would make an outline, I did not know have any other sources to prove my point. I did not if I could finch writing an essay at the end of 30 minutes of class time. That last line got me thinking into a state mind that I could not think.

I do not how my day will end, I do not want to think of what will happen, I do not know what will happen after school and in college, I do not know if the college I go to, that is if I do, will be the best option. I do not what will happen to me after this year, and the years to come, I have no idea if global warming will rise, and all major cities on the coast line will be submerged, I do not know if the global economy will crash and the United states of America and other European countries in debt at the moment will become bankrupt. I do not how modern radical thinkers will have solution for other world wide problems. I do not want to have all the answers to everything because there is just to much learn, and the subject does not feel that interesting if there id nothing that I do not know. I do not know, what I do not know, because I do not want to know what I should not know.

30 Day Chalenge: Day 14

Tell us about the neighborhood that you grew up in and how it helped shape you into the kind of person you are today. (Yale and the University of Chicago)

Just got off the overnight train from Kathgodam (North India). My family and I had just moved from Karnataka (South India) to Uttarkhand (North India). It was my first time in the hills; we had just driven eight hours up the curvy –scary roads of north India, slowly gaining elevation and climbing up the hills. My first house was a summer mansion, located far from the local market. It was a green place, home to most of the wild pheasants and leopards I ever saw. The house, was in the center of two other summer mansions, and the home of the watch guard. Friends were close to zero during winter; however there were always three to four boys who lived on the country side. We played a lot of the cricket mostly, and that was it. I was friendly; they were the only friends I had. I had no contact from any other kid, from the city, except in the summer. Since, Uttarkhand is a hill station, tourist come, rent and buy houses, for the summer. ( that was in 2001 -2002). It’s impossible now and then to, since it is an army cantonment area. Its known as the Kumoan regiment, a part of the Indian Army. We shifted house from that area to another place close by but still far from the local market. Here I made the most friends. They were not like any of the city kids, they were brought up to share, reset and care of each other, and my involvement with them made has made me a person somewhat like them. Just like me, a Norwegian family had settled there ( they still live there), experienced the same problems like me. It wasn’t long since they came that we ( the locals and I ) had become great friends with the Norwegian. And we still are. I had to move again, and this time we were far, far away from anything. No body around except a an older adult ( he is maybe in his 20s) who helped my father with work became my friend. He is a great guy, I spent most of free time with him, he taught me stuff on the hills and language, and the customs of that area. My neighborhood has always been small, but filled with great people, with great minds. I have learnt how to make friends where ever I go, and learn from them. I am what I am because of them.

30 Day Challenge: Day 13

58. Discuss the most important peice of advice you have ever received and its effect in your life?

I remember the days of my childhood and my present teenage hood (i do not know if that is a word) and my last check up at the dentist. There was always a poster on the wall of the notice board." Brush your teeth twice a day," says the three doctors, sponsored by Colgate. Colgate is a trusted brand for tooth paste and too brushes and other dental things. Anyways, the phrase was always repeated by every dentist I have ever visited, and my parents. My reason for visiting is because my milk teeth fall off slowly that at the usual pace. Back to the second part of the phrase, "Brush and your teeth will shine." My teeth and my report card were equally bad. Each year it slowly started to get better. My teeth look better than the past, and so do my grades.. Those two phrases, repeatedly asked to complete have indirectly helped my academic life. Brush twice a day, study twice/ at the most once a day and perfection. The teeth and my subjects go very well, if you brush everyday your teeth will be fight, if you practice you work he/she has good grades, but over the years your teeth become yellow, whether or not he/she brushes, and the same thing happens to his/her memory and willingness to learn. It happens to everyone, but it hurts nobody. I do not have any cavities and neither do my grades.
That is the best advice I have got so far, I may have got better ones but they do not come to mind.

30 Day Challenge: Day 12

28. Attach a small photograph of something important to you and explain its significance. (Stanford).

Why do we love war? Is it part of our history of the human race, is it to prove our strength as an individual or as a country, is it to maybe somehow decrease the world population. The picture posted sums up the results of war. If he or her creates a problem someone else will create another problem, because of the problem he or her created. The poster stuck on the wall, asks the US government to stop the Iran War.  They should have stopped in a long time ago. Each war claims more lives of civilians than men from the military. I am not saying men from the military should die more often, what I’m saying is that those men are trained to make sure nobody dies. These wars gone on for so long, they turn out being meaningless and all these wars just keep pooling in money. The United States of America has helped out in the Arab Spring, they helped out in Libya, the war against Gaddafi, they are asking the President of Syria to step down, all this involvement in the North African freedom struggle is only for the oil, they pool in from helping out nations trying to attain freedom from their former dictators. Is this what wars have become, it is understandable that the US needs oil since they are in a deficit of 2.3 trillion dollars,(Mr. Philips Microeconomics class). If they need the money, they have to cut down on their expenses in the sector of Defense. Everyone is trying to stop war and here we have it, the US wants to expand and improve their collection of military hardware to suppress rebellion and wars in matter of days. We try to cut down on events such as this, but that’s not how our word works.

30 Day Challenge: Day 11

126. Are we alone? (Tufts)

There are many, many - many people on our planet, seven billion humans to be precise. The survivals of other animals or organism that are known to humans are decreasing at fast rate. Life outside our planet is not known, life from the universe staying on our peaceful little planet is also not known. Spirits or demons from heaven or hell living and creating chaos with our minds also not known. There has been a lot of speculation concerning this topic. The answers lie in what we want to believe. We refer to our sense of sights and hearing to make a judgment when we notice something out of the ordinary. Our minds play with sense from time to time; Objects that may seem ordinary become different. People doubt what they see, hear, or smell, so they blame someone or thing that does not exist, and because of that we speculate on a topic such as this.
We humans are not alone; we will never be alone because of the increasing population. Space for us and our necessities is decreasing, in a few hundred years our small planet will look like overstuffed mini refrigerator.  If someone dies another someone will take his or her place. we shall never be alone unless life from the universe comes into contact with us, or if that life reveals their identity from the crowd. for the time being we should be concerned with things like this, we have to work on lowering world population othwrwise we will never be alone.

30 Day Challenge: Day 10

42. What are the responsibilities of an educated person? (University of Puget Sound)

I am a citizen of a country, that promotes education and I myself has received an education from kinder garden to high school. The average person would call me educated from the looks of how I talk, dress and my knowledge. My duties as a educated individual stand to correct and protect people from those educated ones who abuse them. There are numerous responsibilities that an educated man or woman has to take for themselves and for everyone else.  Promoting education across the country, to keep standards of living high and prosperous, However educating everyone has a set of problems that government will have to face if the time comes. Educating, everyone can create a new social order, can question politicians for their word, and can crumble government. The educated do not want this situation to ever come, because it will rob them off their money, belongings and their power. There are examples, of this and can be seem in countries like North Korea, China and Russia. Each of these countries run on Communism. The United States of America and other democratic republics fear Communism, because of it has done to those counties in the past. Therefore, the duty of an educate person also lies in not educating the masses. Another responsibility that educated person is to learn from the uneducated, whether or not we may like it or not as their ways of surviving with nature always wins, each civilization always comes back to that world, but that will never happen because we as humans are always striving for a better life. Education is a cure and curse for humanity. Educators take it as a cure for giving a chance to the masses to ask and believe what they want; it allows them to make the right choices and to survive the civilized world from robbing them.

30 Day challenge: Day 9

13. You’ve just written a 300-page autobiography. Send us page 217. (University of Pennsylvania).

Its year 2030, at an Indian army lab, bio engineering to a wrong turn in developing an anti- virus, the strain infected a majority. The virus hit the borders areas of India and Pakistan. Pakistan takes the opportunity and attacks and invades Indian soil. I had to enroll in army and leave my job. Never before had I thought India would have been short in man power. I was placed in the Mechanized Infantry Regiment. I would have never imagined being in the first few regiments to directly move to the battle front. The day we arrived I was so pumped up, excited yet scared. I had never killed man before, I had never dream t about it. The men I was working with, were boys just out of college, they did not even have a chance to do something more productive.
It would have taken us three days to reach the front. I was so impatient, to get in and out. The roads, there were no roads, no signs, just dust and damage done by the Pakistani air force. In the midst of the night, I was woken up by my crew, we had to leave. We were spotted by some Pakistani spy planes, and now we were on the run. There were no lights, I did not have my armor, or head gear on. Shells start flying; one could hear guns and other weaponry being fired at us from a distance. Little did I know that we had already hit the frontier, and now I was stuck in a major gun fight.  I found the nearest tank that was operational, got in. got my gear together. The midst of my fear, I had forgotten how to maneuver a tank. I got out, and tried jumping,, but was shot in the process. I woke up and hit by head, I was sleeping in the tank, so I thought. Apparently that was a dream in a dream, my men and I were sleeping in a suite , at the closest hotel on the frontier.

30 Day challenge: Day 8

If you could spend a year with any real or fictional person in the past, present, or future, whom would you choose? Why?

I if could choose a person to spend a whole year with from the past, he would be Osama Bin Laden. He is well known Terrorist and the founder of Al-Qaeda. Its headquarters is now in Yemen. Osama was just killed by a US special ops team in Pakistan. He had a horrible hatred against the United States of America, and its allies. He was the son of a Saudi billionaire, who got involved in the Soviet Union’s invasion of Afghanistan. He has made an impact on terrorism and with terrorism.
I wanted to meet him, because I am interested in why he chose the path of war by becoming a soldier and not a leader in the government. He had the qualities of a leader; he directed a big group of men for 32 years. He had earned the rust of his men, and family. He fueled his organization with money and weapons through what he inherited from his father. I would be determined to ask him why he wages wars against the US and its allies, what motivates him to live and sleep underground while forces who are after him are bombing the hill sides he lives in ? Why does he want to follow the old ways of Islam?
\
To spend a year with him, would be the most dangerous, violent and significantly interesting year I would ever live, that is if I came home alive. It could be a life changing experience, my views on terrorism and Islam would change. I will understand their reason to fight. Those 365 days, or 366 days will be very special.

30 Day Challenge: Day 7

21.If you had the gift of telepathy, the ability to read other peoples’ minds, would you use this gift or not? Explain

If I had the gift of telepathy, i would become the most wanted guy in the world. I would be wanted by the government and by the opposition. I will become rich, i will be in the Guinness book of world records, I will become part of international team of law enforcers, I will put my guys/girls in prison, i will be known for all the acts that i have committed for the people. I will then  turn rogue, just for a change in lifestyle. Team up with bad guys and go crazy. I will get caught by some special force, and placed in a high security prison for life. I will escape, use the skills I learnt through my life, Cheat some guy/girl, and find a house somewhere far away from civilization. Stay at home, and enjoy life the way it should be. Those thoughts will be left for the future. For the present there are so many things that I would love to use my talent for, but out of all my thoughts, there is not a single one thought which i would rightfully have earned. I do not know how to use this gift.

All my life, I have been a law abiding son, citizen and student. I have followed rules, morals and beliefs that I should know about. I want would love break the rules, the amount of satisfaction that one gets is unbelievable. After all rules are meant to be broken.

30 Day Challenge: Day 6

124.What outrages you? (Wake Forest)

The night before I am assigned my job,
To wake up in the morning and take my dogs for a walk.
I need to snap out of sleep early, get up , get changed,
Just to hear my dogs barking impatiently.
Then i realize there is homework to be done,
So i curse myself for opting for this position.

School is a crazy place,
Students try acting too smart, or too cool,
They really do not know their place.

Students who suck up, and find their grade's rising to an A.

Teachers do not realize the amount of work they give us,
They do not understand that we already have test and other work due that day,
But still they expect us to finish their work.
There has been all work no play.

I get a bad grade, later in the day,
I get laughed upon because of my grade,
I get counseled on the grade by the teacher,
I get more counseling by my friends,
I get scolded when I reach home,
And then more counseling on working hard.

I have had a bad day, but it hasn’t gotten worse,
My sister,  she does not study, she fools around at home,

My mother scolds me for her acts,
I end up cleaning after her.

Then another whole lecture , asking me accept the problem,
And I accept, in the corner I see my sister giggling.
I am outraged at myself for not having having the courage to step up,
I can not change that, beacuse i am like that,
I have too much tolerance and patience,
I can not fight back.

30 Day Challenge: Day 5

126. How do you feel about Wednesday? (U of Chicago)

Just another day in paradise, living in the Queen of the hills, Mussoorie (India). Winter is coming and each day feels shorter, and less exciting. Each day feels like a Wednesday, and each Wednesday feel like another day, except for Fridays. I have no feelings for a Wednesday, or any other day in the cycle. On very rare occasions, I feel happy to know that the week is closing in on a Friday, and that Wednesday makes me excited. On an average I have the least or no homework at all, no test, quizzes on a Wednesday, but because of my participation in my English class, my Wednesdays have become like every other day, except for Friday, actually I am starting to think that I have never had work on a Wednesday, and I used to feel great. Wednesday is a good day to re- thinks your thoughts and schedule for the remaining week days and weekend. I do not know how to answer this question properly, because my answer could change every time regarding what happened during g the week ahead, or how great my day is. I have noticed that my Wednesday evenings are probably the best parts of the day, I have my chance to play the squash. The squash room is mostly always empty. Playing squash become the highlight of the day. I think that after thinking and writing about this day , I might change the way I think about this day and appreciate more than other days.

30 Day Challenge: Day 4

117.Hiking to Understanding

School and home, the only places where I am bound by certain rules and regulations. Teachers complaining and homework just flowing in day after day, my parents asking me to study and complete chores. I try to find space and time to run, some place away form this chaos, and i find myself signing up hikes on the weekends

Every time i find myself putting my name on a piece of paper hanging on the board with other papers looking for runners, or sending an email to the person on charge leading the hike i desperately wait for that day. Day and night hoping to run away. I run to be away from problems i face every day, problems i cannot keep up with, problem that just crush me and keep me broken. As i get out, and start walking i fee like my burden, my problems slowly disappear. Without the concern of what i need to do at home or school, i get my chance to see understand. Walking through the hills and mountains, surrounded by evergreen trees and changing landscape i am amazed a nature’s beauty. At every step towards by destination I promise to have left my issues back within the walls that haunt me, and enjoy and learn the lesson that nature has to offer.

As time progresses, I understand i have the time to reflect on my life, my past, present and my future. I understand that running is not the solution; i have to concentrate and focus on my understanding of the goals i plan to pursue. Watching the plants and animals that I perceive on my route, I feel that I can do better in life, by watching them as they try to survive amongst us invading their lands and kicking them out of their homes.

When I feel that I have satisfied  my problems  of running, it is understood that I must go on, face my challenges with pleasure and live on to meet the next day.

30 Day Challenge: Day 3

113. Talk about how a person can change his direction.

Humans get lost everyday. Some in their thoughts, in their work, and sleep. to change a person's direction she/he needs to be lost. There is always the question of what he/she could have done, can do , and will do in their time of need. Changing your direction is a big question. It depends on how it will affect your life, as well as others that participate in your life. Normally, when a person is lost, he/she asks someone, asks for directions,or maps etc. When people are aren't present he/she reads signs  form objects, animals  or the environment might lead them in the right direction. When nothing or nobody is around and it all depends on what person thinks they should do or not do, then they need to secure themselves from the outside world. Focusing on what the person wants and not what other want or think about their choice. The person needs to have control over their surrounding environment and themselves to blend it according to his/her choice. They needs to have a clear conscience. The person needs to see where they are going, for without any knowledge they will get lost and circle back to this option. The person needs to have a set of beliefs that he/she can follow, they could follow the path of their god, or let the universe unfold as it does.
Don’t write about reverse psychology. (U of Chicago)

What is reverse psychology? I do not know, but I do know that Call of duty Modern Warfare 3 is releasing on the eight of November this year.It is a single player/ multi player game. The game started of just as Call of Duty, the story of the game was based on World War one, and two. The makers of the game Infinity Ward and Activision wanted to go beyond these themes. So they have started to use modern day problems, use of terrorism and how the army fights them. The storyline, the graphics, the guns and other objects have been improved and made more real in each release of the Call of Duty game. The game now is based on the future World War three. Many gamers have been waiting for the new release, people have pre ordered games for the X Box,PS3 and other consoles. There have been numerous trailers on  the game.

30 Day Challenge: Day 2

18.What invention would the world be better off without, and why? (Kalamazoo)

The amount of money, labor and resources which was put in to uses, have  gone to waste by building a monument called School. The invention of  the school, was a horrible idea. The world is out there, somewhere waiting for us.Learning needs to be done outside the walls of a school, it always works, subjects become more interesting and answers to questions are solved.  Schools have become the grounds for corporal punishment and ragging and bullying.Schools are set up for different social classes. Private schools are as bad as public schools. Private one's cost a lot, teachers do not need a teaching degree, less choice of subjects, students need to pass entrance exams, and they are always religious based schools. On the other hand, public schools are as bad. Larger class size, outdated books, classes are taught at mediocre levels.Schools think they  are preparing us for the world, making us good/better citizens( maybe they are), Giving us an education for a world of difference,(Woodstock School),Dedicated to producing leaders for future( Doon School.) What do these phrases mean? Schools are ranked among others comparing how well educated, diverse  their students and teachers are, how big or small the campus is.  Some schools mandate prayer.  We students have to wear uniforms. Many people think a uniform increases discipline.Does it? Schools are not what they are supposed to be, they should not be put into use.  Why do we need to be bound by rules and regulations, why do we need a name tag that tells people where we are from and treat us that way? What happened to human rights? I personally do not hate schools, I just hate the idea of sitting inside, and reading out of a book. I have nothing against the the schools mentioned above, I just do not see an idea of having a complex phrase to express the word Knowledge.
